STOP RESETTING. START BUILDING.

I've been training for a long time, and somewhere along the way I got tired of chasing numbers just to chase them. Heavy weight, constant PRs, beating myself up to get there. At some point I asked myself what I actually wanted my body to be able to do in the years and decades ahead — not just how it looked right now. That question changed how I train. Built for Better is what came out of it.

This isn't a 30-day shred challenge, and it's not built to leave you sore for the sake of sore. It's six weeks of real, sustainable training — plus everything underneath it, the mindset, the nutrition basics, the recovery habits. That’s what actually makes it stick long after the six weeks are over.

Here's how it's laid out. Groundwork gets your starting point clear — where you are, what you're working toward, and a real plan for fitting this into your life. Foundation covers the fundamentals: how the workouts are built, what equipment you actually need, eating to support your training, and why recovery matters as much as the work itself. Build is the program itself — six weeks, Gym or Home (or a mix of both), your call, with a new video every week covering that week’s full workout. Fortify is what happens after: reassessing, adjusting, and figuring out how to keep going on your own.

I'm not going to pretend six weeks changes everything. It won't. But it's enough to prove to yourself you can stick with something — and that's the part that actually matters.
